My experience at MoVET has been a breath of fresh air compared to other vet clinics I’ve visited. It’s such a relief to feel like my pet is loved and cared for by Nicole and Dr. Caldwell.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. You can tell that Nikole and Dr. Caldwell are passionate about what they do and really care about animals.

I had my puppy's final visit on 07/10/2024 and was met with a terrible experience. The Vet here is amazing and truly a great individual, although Nicole the tech on the other hand was completely disturbing to say the least. She placed a $90 chewable tablet in my cart that was not agreed upon during the visit. I told Nicole to please take this item off as I wanted to do further research before purchasing an expensive item. Nicole insisted on telling me "if you can't afford this then you should not have a puppy". She furthered stated I should not purchase a puppy during medical school as I cannot financially afford my 6 month-old puppy. This statement shows the privilege and lack of consideration for customers. After the encounter Nicole stated that she could "relate" to me as her account is over drafted and could show me proof. Nicole also owns a dog by the way after making this hypocritical statement. My emotional support animal has been everything to me, truly disappointed in this experience.

Five stars is not enough. Every pet should be so lucky to be treated here. Real professionals who love animals.

Came in today for just my second K-9 Smiles appointment for my senior dog. Dr. Caldwell met with me before his cleaning and did a brief exam where my dog’s current health issues/medications came up. This was my first time meeting Dr. Caldwell. She graciously spent at least 30 minutes total discussing her recommendations regarding my dog’s liver disease and even took the time to write everything down and offer additional follow up later. She was so kind and genuine and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend MoVet and Dr. Caldwell to anyone. I’ve only been here twice for the K-9 Smiles and have had wonderful experiences both times. You will not be disappointed.
